    We are currently accepting applications from individuals with business to business experience in sales and customer service to work as part of our growing team. Inside Sales Reps will receive training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to be successful in this high energy industry. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable and comfortable working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional development. This role incorporates a mixture of sales, training and brand advocacy as you will also have a hand in training new sales associates and educating customers on products.

    Team based training sessions ensure the opportunity to learn from our top representatives. We promote growth from within and encourage our team to work together to reach client and customer goals and improve skills. Specialized training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.

    Job Description/Responsibilities:· Contribute to a positive and energetic environment

    · Maintain professional standards in marketing, sales and customer service

    · Customer interaction to promote products and services

    · Participate in training sessions and campaign meetings

    · New account acquisition and customer retention

    · Interact with customers daily to review current promotions, provide quotes and sign on new accounts

    · Problem solving with customer issues and concerns

    · Driving product sales through clear, respectful customer interaction

    · Educating customers on product offerings and merchandising assistance

    · Collecting data via call reports and maintaining knowledge of our customers and their product needs

    Job Requirements/Qualifications· HS Diploma

    · 2+ years working B2B Sales

    · Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities

    · Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

    · Customer service or customer relationship experience

    · Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment

    · Spanish speaking a plus

    · Reliable transportation is a required!
