    The Daily Wire is looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter for Daily Wire will support a diverse array of positions across varying departments including but not limited to Production, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations. You will succeed at this position if you have previous professional experience as a Recruiter, thrive with project management and multi-tasking (effectively managing the recruiting lifecycle for multiple roles in various stages at any given time), are comfortable working with a high sense of urgency, and possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.     RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Coordinate and manage the Daily Wire talent acquisition process for all open positions including but not limited to:
      • Arranging job descriptions 
      • Posting recruiting ads
      • Sourcing candidates 
      • Phone screening candidates
      • Facilitating first in-person interviews
      • Conducting reference checks
      • Coordinating final interviews for upper management
      • Negotiating offers with candidates
      • Arranging and tracking offer letters
      • Ensuring timely communication with applicants throughout the entire recruiting process
    • Multi-task through a high volume of requisitions and interviews in various stages of the recruiting process on a daily basis
    • Proactively track all vacancies (actual and potential)
    • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand needs and provide custom hiring strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing goals
    • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and preparation
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
    • Assist in identifying and implementing improvement strategies and best practices
    • Ensure the candidate a world-class interview/hiring experience representing our brand and commitment to an exceptional experience
    • Stay abreast of new trends, legislation, and innovations in the field of recruitment
    • Create and build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
    • Arrange recruiting data reports for supervisor and Executive team as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter
    • Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes
    • Experience recruiting for entertainment/production roles a huge plus
    • Solid understanding of Corporate Recruiting
    • Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multitask in a busy work environment
    • Phenomenal attention to detail and superb organizational skills
    • The ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources & Office Operations
    • START DATE: Immediate
    • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; Exempt
    • COMPENSATION: $47k + commission
    • BENEFITS: Health insurance options (medical through Anthem; dental and vision through Guardian); Paid Time Off; 401k (5% match)
