Bentkey Ventures (The Daily Wire) is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Marketing Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. The Marketing Project Coordinator of Bentkey Ventures will help organize, schedule, and execute all marketing projects for our startup companies. RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Support the Chief Marketing Officer in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
• Manage and direct the workflow to and from marketing agencies and vendors
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team on how best to utilize available ad inventory for promotional purposes
• Keep teams ahead of deadlines and track any budgeting problems that arise
• Estimate work capacity for new initiatives and advise on timelines for completion
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of marketing operations experience
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate concise, accurate, and deadline-driven information
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills and the demonstrated ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Experience using project management software
• Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscape a plus

REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer

START DATE: Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $20-$24 hourly; Dependent upon experience
