RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms
• Effectively manage productive relationships with online publishers and vendors
• Collaborate/coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop new ad creative or landing pages
• Develop internal dashboards
• Analyze and report on campaign data across multiple digital platforms
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional project management skills and consistent follow-through 
• strong organizational & time management skills
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in executing paid media campaigns is preferred

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• REPORTS TO: Paid Media Director
• START DATE: Immediate
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; Non-Exempt
• COMPENSATION: $19-$21.50/hour; Dependent upon experience
• BENEFITS: Health insurance options (medical through Anthem; dental and vision through Guardian); Paid Time Off; 401k (5% match)
