Bentkey Ventures (The Daily Wire) is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The position will play a key role in supporting our Marketing department. The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the building, deployment, testing, and optimization of marketing emails to impact audience growth, engagement, and revenue. Our ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter and team-player with great communication skills, sense of design, and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and deploy outbound email communication for The Daily Wire, including daily newsletters, podcast promotions, membership offers, and brand announcements 
• Leverage data-driven segmentation and personalization with our CRM software
• Improve email engagement KPIs through regular A/B testing and automation
• Monitor IP sender reputation and inboxing
• Look for opportunities to drive revenue through our email program
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• LA-based
• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or direct response email marketing
• Interest in and familiarity with the current political and editorial news landscapes required
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS a plus
• Familiarity with Hubspot software preferred
• Strong communication skills, grammar, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive working with a significant degree of autonomy
• Highly self-motivated, extremely adaptable, strong team-player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

REPORTS TO: Director of Audience Engagement

START DATE: Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; Non-exempt

COMPENSATION: $20-$24/hour; Dependent upon experience
