Job Description

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Probate and Chancery litigation highly desirable but will consider candidates with solid litigation experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent clients in Chancery and Probate court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on Estate Planning and Administration 
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards 
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of previous Litigation experience required
• Familiarity with various drafting pleadings and motions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
