    Job Description

Berding and Weil is seeking a Marketing and Sales Executive at our Costa Mesa/Orange County office. As the largest and most experienced homeowner association and construction defect law firm in California, we want someone to help continue building strong customer relationships and promote our quality services. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to engage your creative flair and interpersonal skills and directly impact the growth of the company.

We are looking for someone who will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy planning and carrying out new marketing initiatives. As an integral part of the marketing team, you will be cultivating relationships in target areas, identifying new opportunities, and generating leads through outreach programs, social events and lunches with clients. Outstanding communication skills and a personable demeanor are essential to success in this role.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proactively bring in leads with new prospects and build fruitful relationships
    • Achieve territory expansion and retention goals.
    • Responsible for planning and marketing industry events and managing attorney participation.
    • Build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis.
    • Set targets for planning and scheduling educational seminars for attorneys.
    • Capture detailed data on touchpoints and maintain current records through Salesforce.
    • Work with a team to optimize marketing efforts and insights and make recommendations.
    • Planning, coordinating, and attending internal and external events, including budget management, invite creation, vendor relations, staffing, logistics, contract coordination, and agenda setting.
    • Responsible for territory market research and data development.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to target leads and expand footprint.
    • Assist in proposal generation and social media and design creation.
    • Travel in Southern California is required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
    • 2 years sales or business development experience with experience in prospecting, building relationships and selling a service.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Proficiency in Sales Force or a similar CRM.
