Looking to welcome an energetic Marketing Intern to our team! The ideal candidate will truly want to learn from our growing company and be able to work on a team. They will be innovative, organized, have creative ideas, be able to work independently, and have strong writing and proofing skills. Please note this position is paid based on previous experience, and you will gain first-hand knowledge and gain opportunities to build your portfolio. The position will last from August through December.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with social media content calendar creation

Post and schedule social media content

Compile weekly restaurant reviews from different review and delivery platforms

Community management monitoring for social media and review sites

Event Calendar Submissions

Proof general copy, websites, marketing materials, etc.

Assist with occasional weekend and nighttime events

Deliver marketing materials to the restaurants

Review and help respond to donation inquiries

Possess great communication skills.

Excellent time management, communication skills and professional appearance

Any other assistance to the PR and Marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

Completed and or pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related area

Prior Internship Experience is recommended

Strong familiarity with social media platforms

Computer Literacy

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task and be proactive

Compensation commensurate with experience
