    A prominent plaintiff’s law firm based in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess 5-10 years of litigation experience. Previous litigation and personal injury experience are required and medical malpractice experience is a plus. Candidates without the required experience will not be considered. Comprehensive benefits package available. Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: • Setting up case structure, organizing case documents and calendar dates • Preparing and filing legal documents including discovery requests/responses • Researching expert witnesses and scheduling depositions • Communicating with legal team members, clients, counsel, experts, and court • Subpoena medical and other records • Reviewing documents/medical records and preparing detailed summaries/chronologies Qualifications: • Self-starter who can work with little supervision, be extremely organized, and very detail-oriented • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize incoming work to meet deadlines • Demonstrate a professional demeanor to problem-solve during busy times • Follow through with minimal direction and take the initiative • Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment • Knowledge of Trial pad and/or TrialWorks a plus • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software. Excel and PowerPoint experience is necessary • Knowledge of Local and State discovery rules • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organization skills and attention to detail Compensation: $70,000+ annual, DOE
