A highly reputable mid-sized law firm in Hackensack, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and be responsible and detail-oriented. This position calls for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and learning through exciting and challenging hands-on experiences. Responsibilities: • Heavy phone contact with clients, providers, and insurance carriers • Drafting correspondence, and other pre-litigation-related documents • Updating and maintaining client database • Other related administrative tasks, as assigned Qualifications: • Experience in Personal Injury • Fluent in MS Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong multitasking skills and work ethic • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team • Friendly disposition, with a sense of humor Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly DOE
