    We are a leader in the multi-spindle screw machine industry. We operate Euroturn, New Britain's, and Davenport machines and are searching for competent and enthusiastic workers to join our team. This is a full-time role Monday through Thursday 6 am - 4:30 pm. We are willing to invest in the right candidate through training and education. Responsibilities: • Operate two or more screw machines, including changing cams, grinding form tools, drills, cutoffs, and other maintenance activities. • Monitor multiple machines and initiate troubleshooting when mechanical problems arise. • Preform preventative maintenance tasks and reset the machine tooling as needed. • Utilize hand tools, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and other equipment to ensure parts meet specifications. • Sharpen and adjust tools to maintain part conformity. • Position and secure tools in the tool holders to match the tooling layout. • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, machine instructions, and procedure manuals. • Utilize Statistical Process Control techniques. • Ensure that machine performance meets quality control standards. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications: • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing (Preferred). • Have the ability to interpret blueprints. • Be familiar with setting up machines. • Have experience in inspecting parts. • Demonstrate a keen eye for quality. • Possess strong problem-solving capabilities. • Possess excellent communication skills. • Showcase a strong work ethic with an excellent attendance record. • Physically capable of performing the duties of the job, as it involves lifting 40 lbs or more. Compensation: $19 - $25 hourly
