    Who Are You?

Someone with a corporate skillset and a humble, enthusiastic work ethic, who's willing to literally and metaphorically roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Someone who isn't afraid to say, "I don't know," and who genuinely wants to be part of a growing and thriving team-oriented environment. You don't need to have decades of paralegal and/or in-office work experience coming in, but you do **** need to be willing and able to learn, asking questions if and when needed, while also working independently and diligently. We're seeking someone with very strong verbal and written communication skills who can think outside the box and appreciate that every situation and case that you work on is unique and requires a nuanced approach. Ultimately, yes, this is a job and the expectation is that you take it as seriously as we do, but we also want you to enjoy coming into the office every day and collaborating on ways to make this department and firm better - everyone has a key role in doing that.
