Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business  • Conduct lead follow-up activities to create new business as needed Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills  • Possesses a real estate license  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis  • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Go-getter • Can-do attitude Compensation: $115,000+ commission based
