Job Title: Express **** Service Advisor
Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $50,000 annually - Commission Structured Position

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customer promptly on the Service Drive
• Obtain customer and vehicle Information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up times
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently.
• Verify the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orders.
• Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer.

Qualifications

• Self-Starter mentality and ambitious spirit, preferred
• Eagerness to continuously improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit a background screening
