We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain electronic and paper files
- Maintain and/or create databases
- Create and prepare a variety of meeting materials (reports, schedules) using Microsoft Office Suite
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist with billing operations
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong attention to accuracy and detail while still meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to ask for advice and assistance when needed
- Proficiency with numbers
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
