    Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC has an opening for a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of claimant's worker's compensation experience representing injured workers, and experience working with physicians' offices and insurance adjusters. The position will require overseeing work on a high volume of cases. Candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish). We are hiring for both our Miami, FL location and our Ft Lauderdale, FL location. Responsibilities: • Coordinate between attorneys, staff, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s caseload, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met. • Assist attorneys with case management, including docketing deadlines, billing, and providing reminders as necessary. • Update clients and referring counsel on case status as requested. • Create documents for attorney review. Qualifications: • Ability to multitask. • Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication skills. Compensation: $35,000 - $80,000 yearly DOE
