    Summer Law Clerk- Plymouth, MA Office Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC, is looking to hire a Law Clerk. Great opportunity for a law student or recent graduate, seeking professional development, training programs, and great exposure to Mass Torts and Tobacco Law practice. Responsibilities: • Compile legal research to assist with cases. • Proofread and cite check briefs and other materials. • Prepares trial briefings, memorandums, and other legal documents. • Participates in legal analysis and strategy. • Assists with deposition preparation and depositions. • Assists in the courtroom with trials and hearings. • Communicates with parties regarding trials and schedules. • Updates court calendars and schedules. Qualifications: • Excellent research skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times. • Knowledge of compliance laws. • Good interpersonal skills. • Ability to prepare legal memorandums. • Strong attention to detail. • 3L Law student or recent graduate.
