Responsibilities: This position will provide clerical support to attorneys and paralegals as follows: • Greeting visitors • Answering phone and client inquiries • Composing general correspondence and emails • Ability to translate from Spanish/English/Spanish • Requesting medical records • Updating and maintaining the filing system • Processing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries • Maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies • Requesting service calls for office equipment Qualifications: • Candidate must be proficient with MS Office and be technologically savvy • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) • The ideal candidate is smart, organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to multitask • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Case Management experience is a plus
