    Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC, has an opening for an experienced Case Manager with 5 + years of experience for the firm’s Plymouth office. The firm is looking for a well-rounded candidate who can manage a high volume of cases, and who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal who wants to join a boutique-style litigation firm and take advantage of larger firm benefits including, health insurance, 401k, and access to numerous firm resources including top-tier technology and human resources. Responsibilities: • Must be proactive and driven to close tasks and activities • Advise attorneys with cost and time-effective recommendations to accomplish the client’s goals • Examine legal documents to ensure all legal requirements have been met • Interface with staff, attorneys, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s caseload, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met • Draw up legal documents for attorney review • Support attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, and providing reminders as needed Qualifications: • Must be proficient with MS Office and legal case management systems • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • Experienced in handling a high caseload • 5 plus years of paralegal and Case Management experience • Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed • Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software • Legal research and legal document drafting experience is critical
