We are dedicated to providing our clients with professional and personalized tax, accounting and advisory services. We currently have a career opportunity available for an experienced Tax Accountant, with 5+ years of current public accounting experience, to provide tax, accounting, and advisory services. **Berteletti, Desrochers & Company offers a flexible work environment and places a high priority on work/life balance. **

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tax Accountant to work at our growing firm.

Essential job functions include:

• Tax preparation and review experience with individual, business, trust, and non-profit tax returns of varying complexity
• Conduct tax research assignments, tax planning, and other tax related projects
• Perform financial analysis including financial forecasts and cash flow analysis
• Work directly with management to determine and meet all client’s tax, accounting, and advisory needs

Our ideal candidate is a professional with:

• 5+ years of current tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Candidate with CPA license preferred but not required
• Experience using CCH Prosystem fx Tax and Engagement software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, outstanding time management, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• The ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and colleagues
