Seasonal Position (Opportunity to stay on Part/Full time after busy season)

Location: San Bernardino, CA 92404 Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday 11 am - 8 pm - Saturday 10 am - 6 pm

Compensation: 15.50 - 16.50 per hour

Job Summary:

As a sales associate at Bertrand’s Music, you help to get students and parents alike excited about having music as part of their lives. You understand that we are dedicated to creating the best solutions for our musicians, and we do everything we can to deliver the best service and experience possible. With the support of your team around you, you deliver the excitement of music to your customers every day.

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers with sales, rentals, repairs, lessons, and any other needs while always following the vision Bertrand’s Music

Communicate all programs Bertrand’s Music offers effectively to our guests

Complete daily/weekly store tasks as required

Process rentals/sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Assists in facilitation of in store and off-site events

Represent Bertrand’s Music in the best way possible at all times

Perform other related duties as required

What You’ll Need:

Basic Band and Orchestral Knowledge

Passionate about music and inspire others to be the same

Willing to learn and embrace Bertrand’s Music philosophy

Must have strong people skills. Approachable, exceptional listener, and empathetic.

Enjoy working with a musical team

Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
