Job Summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervise all store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and any specialized personnel such as instrument technicians.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of units.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What You'll Do:

Overseas daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.

Supervises sales, inventory, and financial and management to optimize performance and profitability.

Hires, trains, supervises, and mentors store staff. This includes conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and establishing performance goals.

Develops and implements effective sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales, rentals, & lesson growth.

Handles customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional resolutions.

Manages the store's presentation, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Coordinates with the instrument repair department to provide an all-round service to customers.

Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

Communicate clearly goals, priorities, and pertinent information to staff

Ensure daily and weekly tasks are being completed in accordance with procedures

Implement and follow policies and procedures as laid out by General Manager

Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Knowledge of musical instruments and supplies is essential

Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in retail management software

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required

High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

2 years of retail management experience preferred but not required.

Basic Knowledge of Musical instrument industry

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
