BIG TRUCK ACCESSORY PARTS SPECIALIST, Helping customers find the accessories they want for their Class 8 truck ( Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Mack, etc.) in person and over the phone. Also helping with inventory control.

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE THAT KNOWS BIG TRUCKS OR PARTS SALES experience could be Auto/Tractor/Equipment sales, a truck mechanic, driver or just love big trucks. We will train the right person. You must be able to multi-task and have attention to detail, common sense and basic computer skills. You must have a valid Driver’s License and be Drug Free. Bilingual English and Spanish would be a plus

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of class 8 trucks Job Hours Monday - Friday 7:30 to 5:00 and Saturdays 8:00 to noon. 49 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Work with customer to get them the right accessories and carry out customer sales.

Write customer orders for over the phone or in-person sales

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Basic computer skills.

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work overtime which includes Saturday mornings
