BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a real estate title insurance agency specializing in residential and commercial transactions throughout the Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We are attorney-owned and managed and have been providing excellent services since 1991.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review/approve title searches and documents prepared for closings;

· Prepare any necessary and non-customary legal documents;

· Answer and/or explain all legal issues that may arise;

· Assist in conducting closings when required.

Requirements:

· Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree

· Active law license in the state and a member of the state bar association

· Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
