BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a full-service title insurance agency specializing in residential and commercial transactions throughout the Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We are attorney-owned and managed and have been serving the Tri-State since 1991.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review/approve title documents prepared by Processing.

· Provide approval/corrections to the Processing Department as needed.

· Prepare any necessary miscellaneous legal documents.

· Answer all legal questions.

· Conduct closings when needed.

Requirements:

· Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree is required.

· Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association.

· Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Admitted as a notary public.
