The Real Estate Logistics Coordinator is often the public's first interaction with the Beshara Team. Leaders in this position work well with others, and provide leadership to the logistic aspects of the team. The coordinator works with key team members, and prioritizes tasks to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients and the business. They service the listing inventory, maintain an accurate record of all inventory (i.e. sale signs, directional signs, and lockboxes). They work well in a fast-paced environment and are flexible when the job demands change. Responsibilities: • Manage an accurate inventory of Sales Signs, Directional Signs, Lockboxes, and Office Equipment • Keep track and document the location of all signs and inventory • Communicate with team members and clients in a professional and courteous manner • Ensure inventory and materials are picked up and delivered to sites in a timely manner  • Maintain customer service logs, safety records, and schedules Qualifications: • Maintain a professional appearance at all times • Deliver exceptional service in a friendly courteous manner  • Good driving record • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Works well on a team • Time management skills • Exceptional computer skills • Ability to pass a drug test and general background check Compensation: $12 - $20 hour
