Job Summary
Serve in Business Analyst role on a team using Agile Development processes in support of the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS).
Essential Functions/ PWS Requirement
Receive, analyze, and clarify requirements from customer.
Build and maintain effective working relationship with customer and all stakeholders.
Assist in development of project timeline and sprint schedules.
Lead daily scrums.
Assist in development and management of product backlog.
Assist with quality control and testing.
Assist the Project Manager with management activities (meetings, status reports, briefings).
Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
Experience reviewing and decomposing requirements.
Experience with Agile process, project tracking software like JIRA, and collaboration environments like SharePoint or Confluence
Experience with supporting program activities using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience developing and presenting project schedules with milestones.
Experience creating and delivering client briefings and status reports.
Ability to manage a range of tasks in an environment of shifting priorities.
US Citizen and ability to achieve favorable background check.
