Existing Salon of 20 years opening a second location in South Bay (Chula Vista) Set to open October 2024. Ample parking for both guest and staff. Quick access to freeways. Large growth set for residential and hospitality within proximately to location. Popular shopping area bringing vast traffic. Walkable to nearby residents. Salon is owner operated providing daily management.

We are seeking team members who have the ability to multi task, provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude. Ideal Intermediate and Bespoke candidates will have a passion for sharing their knowledge and experience with new stylists.

3 Levels of stylists to be hired. 1 - Associate Stylist (New Grads to 1 Year Experience) - Eager future stylists looking to gain further industry knowledge and experience through becoming a partner to a senior stylist 2 - Intermediate Stylist (2-3 Years Experience) - Established skillset, working on business building skills, service timing and maximizing service offerings to create a custom experience for guests 3 - Sr Stylist (4-5 Years Experience) - Experience stylist, creating Bespoke Experiences for guests with the partnership of an Associate stylist. Giving a VIP experience to guests.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required

Hold a California State License with the Board of Cosmetology

Previous customer service experience

Must have positive attitude towards customer service and continued learning

Within our training program you will learn advanced skills in relationship building for long term guest relations. Goals setting and skills to achieve and continue to move up within stylist levels. Pay is hourly during growth phase, upon meeting minimum service and sales goals, pay structure changes to hourly plus bonus. More details discussed in second interview, on site and in person. 1st interview is a 30 minute phone screening.
