What we're looking for:

Newly licensed Cosmetologists who are eager to begin their career in the hair industry. Genuine and Kind personality and dedicated to continued learning.

Opportunities:

Working along side a dedicated mentor stylist, you will assist in creating and tracking goals for the day

Second set of hands, providing a celebrity like experience for guests

Providing shampoo, scalp massage, blow dry, style prep, and color application.

Assist with salon care and maintenance

New Talent shift 1 day a week to engage with guests and begin servicing guests independently.

Required participation in Associate Program

Clear Career path to become a service provider with support along the way

Qualifications

Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required

Hold a California State License with the Board of Cosmetology

Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required

Must have positive attitude towards customer service and continued learning

Within our associate training program you will learn advanced skills in relationship building for long term guest relations. Goals setting and skills to achieve and continue to move up within stylist levels. Maximum time to achieve completion of program is 40 weeks. However fast tracking program is possible through completing all necessary training modules.
