    Seeking a versatile individual to fulfill a combined role of paralegal and marketing support. This position will involve providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys while concurrently overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our firm's services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with document preparation, legal research, and trial preparation, while also driving the production of on-brand content for advertising campaigns and managing all marketing activities to ensure campaign success. Responsibilities: Legal Support: • Own case oversight process, including ensuring all cases get referred out properly, requesting and obtaining quarterly updates from referral firms on all referred cases, and updating the internal system with newly obtained information • Meet with attorneys internally and with co-counsel firms to discuss assigned cases or projects • Oversee onboarding of co-counsel/referral firms, including documenting of referral arrangements. • Provide internal stakeholders with regular inventory updates • Maintain a library of all firm documents, including templates, referrals, and co-counsel agreements, etc. • High-level research on emerging litigations and projects upon request Marketing Support: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute marketing campaigns for active litigation matters, ensuring alignment with firm objectives • Manage relationships with marketing vendors to ensure successful campaign execution and report outcomes to internal stakeholders • Create and manage project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time, escalating any issues that may prevent on-time delivery • Execute on internal stakeholder marketing vision, and eventually collaborate on vision and manage execution of on-brand content production for social media channels • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish social media cadence and content • Work with marketing industry partners to ensure regular social media content posting This role may have direct reports such as a legal assistant and/or junior paralegal. Qualifications: • Ability to translate data and analytics into insights, drive decisions, and measure the impact of initiatives • Strong ability to execute effectively at a high level with minimal oversight • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide content decisions • Creativity, organization and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of legal landscape, principles and research methods • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Paralegal Certificate or 8+ years of experience serving in paralegal capacity • 5+ years of experience managing high-volume legal dockets • Deep knowledge and understanding of mass tort case life cycles and major milestones • Experience in social media management and content creation • Some marketing and/or business development experience Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000
