Best Choice Roofing is seeking to bring on 5 new highly motivated individuals to our Arkansas team. We have offices in Little Rock, Jonesboro, and Fayetteville.

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, creative team members to come build their business. If you feel you have these qualities, you might be a great fit.

At Best Choice Roofing, we work directly with homeowners to help them during potentially one of the most stressful times of their lives. We offer clarity to a tedious process. Dealing with any insurance process can be a nightmare, especially if you have a hole in the roof of your home!

No experience is necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! We offer amazing in-office training that will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed following our BCR 101 training.

Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a structure that is commission-based + Bonuses opportunities.

Qualifications for an Outside Sales Rep with Best Choice Roofing:

You MUST be self motivated and confident

High Energy

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be able to climb a ladder and inspect a roof

Must have a vehicle (with a valid drivers license)

Must be tech-savvy and own a smartphone
