Location: Edison, NJ Responsibilities and Duties: * Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to meet company needs. * Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand candidate portfolio and attract qualified candidates. * Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations. * Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates. * Review and understand technical job requirements. * Provide consistent communication and follow up with candidates. Requirements: * Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource or Related. * US Green Card/ US citizen required. * Can speak English and Mandarin. * 0-2 years of professional experiences in Human Resources. * Responsible for the assigned duties. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, detail oriented and flexiblefor the daily activity and task. * Able to travel occasionally for the job fairs and business trips.
