    🌟Make An Impact as A Franchise Business Consultant

    As a Franchise Business Consultant, your pivotal role involves guiding franchisees in implementing the franchisor’s business model, processes, and best practices. Working closely with franchisees, you'll optimize operations, increase profitability, and uphold brand consistency. Acting as a liaison between franchisees and the franchisor, you'll facilitate communication, ensuring compliance with franchise standards and playing a crucial part in the success of our franchise business. Your primary responsibility is to provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to franchisees, aiding them in effectively operating their franchise locations and achieving business goals.

    Franchisee Training:

    Weekly support calls and field visits to new franchisees.

    Train and coach franchisees in your region on placement process, brand standards, and best practices.

    Operational Support:

    Interpret and implement CarePatrol policies and operating practices.

    Provide direct support, motivation, consulting, and coaching to franchisees.

    Conduct weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly support calls.

    Attend regional and national meetings, conducting presentations on industry news and trends.

    Business Analysis and Improvement:

    Provide best practices on KPIs, financial planning, hiring, marketing, and operations.

    Recognize franchisees for achievements in sales, production, and community citizenship.

    Communication and Reporting:

    Complete expense reports in a timely manner.

    Provide weekly updates with the Vice President of Operations.

    Assist with major initiative rollouts.

    Collaborate with other Franchise Support Office departments to create new programs and initiatives.

    Problem Resolution and Time Management:

    Demonstrate diplomacy, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.

    Manage time effectively, handle multiple deadlines, and resolve challenges with franchisees.

    📜To excel in this role, you will bring:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management Related field.

    5+ years in franchise management and operations, prior training/coaching experience is a plus.

    Ability to influence and enable success in franchise owners

    Ability to work from home and travel up to 65%, in some quarters, to our franchise owner locations.

    Proven track record in driving revenue growth.

    Polished communication skills - written, verbal, and presenting

    Motivated, self-manager with a strong team orientation.

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $58,000 - $68,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus plan of up to $10,000.
