Best Western Plus Superior Inn is a 66 room hotel in downtown Grand Marais, Minnesota, on the shore of Lake Superior. Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints as necessary Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready Welcome, register, check in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Qualifications: Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry of similar profession preferred Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
