    Morning person? Do you like your afternoons free? As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for setup, take-down, sanitation, and restocking of the breakfast area and kitchen. You will need to be outgoing to converse with our morning guests, as you become familiar with our regular clientele. Our breakfast bar is open 3 hours per day, 7 days a week. You will keep the breakfast buffet neat and clean throughout your shift. Our breakfast attendants are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best experience. Will be trained on an online Safe Serve training. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily activities to ensure that breakfast is prepared following food handling regulations, guidelines, and brand standards. • Prepare food in advance for the breakfast service and keep replenishing throughout the breakfast hours. • Greet guests warmly with a smile and engage with them while they enjoy their breakfast. • Manage inventory of all food supplies and support in placing food orders when needed. • Have a thorough understanding of the correct maintenance and operation of equipment. • Maintain cleanliness in work areas all day by following clean-as-you-go procedures. Qualifications: • Must have a solid understanding of food service regulations. • Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills are a must. • Capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays with ease and speed. • Able to stand for extended periods of time. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
