Job Description
The Receptionist/administrative assistant provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position will primarily be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
OFFICE/CLERICAL WORK
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized individual with a commitment to consistent attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability to assume additional responsibilities and accommodate customer requests.
Ability to work independently, often under pressure/situations.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment to perform a variety of tasks.
Ability to build business relationships and collaborate effectively.
Must be able to interact with all levels of management.
