    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Business Development Manager will target customers to penetrate organizations and open doors to new business opportunities for electronics manufacturing, develop relationships within engineering, procurement and operations teams at Bestronics. The ideal candidate will be able to move aggressively, be self-driven, add value to customers through thorough understanding of the product development process, have engineering acumen, and the ability to develop both technical and strategic level relationships. He or she will develop and deploy a comprehensive account strategy to form long standing customer partnerships.

    We are seeking a team member who thrives in a hands-on sales environment in emphasizing Bestronics’ value proposition, guiding customers to a Bestronics solution. This person will need to be results oriented and have the ability to form trusted partnerships with customers and key stakeholders. We prefer candidates who have experience selling manufacturing services and have an extensive network in Silicon Valley to constantly bring qualified new opportunities .

     

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • BA or BS
    • 5+ years’ sales, commercial experience successfully exceeding quota with revenue responsibilities to $20M+
    • Silicon Valley based
    • Knowledge of CM/EMS industry with background in Manufacturing. An understanding of NPI life cycle and ability to comprehend product technologies (Materials, Assembly and Test Technologies etc)
    • Understand in detail commercial pricing models and ability to understand and sell a comprehensive value proposition
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with mobilizing resources within a local factory
    • Program or project management experience with the ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
    • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
