About the Role:
Responsible for diagnosing, installing, and/or repairing electrical components for commercial/industrial laundry equipment with hand tools, test equipment, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s specifications.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair of commercial washers, dryers,
Complete repairs at the customer's location as directed.
Applies knowledge and ability to use hand tools and operate test equipment.
Services all equipment according to the service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames.
Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems, replaces worn or defective parts and wiring on location.
Explains repairs and reviews service orders with customers in a clear manner to avoid miscommunication.
Cleans up work area prior to leaving each job.
Collects and submits customer payments to management promptly.
Maintains service vehicles, performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior appliance or mechanical repair/service related experience required.
