JOB DESCRIPTION
. Response to customer Emails/Calls/Messages.
. Work with customers strategically to solve their problems.
. Learn about our products and the best ways to troubleshoot them.
. Work with other team members and management on other projects/needs.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
. Must have good communication and social skills.
. Must have ability to understand and solve customer issues and problems.
. Must have good computer skills.
. Must be reliable, honest, hard working and a team player.
PAY
$14 - $16 per hour with room to grow.
