    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Agent. Working remotely, the Sales BDC Agent will serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers and will be responsible for effectively engaging and qualifying leads generated through various sources. This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of our sales team by connecting interested prospects to the appropriate sales representative.

    This position pays $15.00 per hour, plus competitive sales commissions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Receive inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries and effectively respond in a timely manner.

    2. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

    3. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

    4. Qualify leads by effectively gathering customer information and identifying their needs and preferences.

    5. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to record all interactions, update customer profiles, and track lead status.

    6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, providing necessary information and insights.

    7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate and educate potential customers.

    8. Proactively seek new lead generation opportunities through research, networking, and attending industry events.

    9. Assist with sales and marketing campaigns by supporting the execution of lead generation initiatives.

    10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and appointment setting.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

    2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is highly desirable.

    3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. Bi-lingual preferred!

    4. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

    5. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    6. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    7. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed targets and contribute to team success.

    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    9. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
