Better Health Consulting is a small business in Boca Raton, FL. We are supportive, fun and our goal is to make Better Health an Insurance Agency that is licensed in 45 States. We shop the market for our clients based on what is available in their state, and assist them in finding and choosing an affordable health insurance plan that will fit their needs best. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze customer information, explain product features, and offer advice regarding the purchasing of insurance policies. The Insurance Agent will need to be an energetic self-starter who is accustomed to working as part of a team, and can use their exceptional problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Licensed agents preferred but we are willing to license ambitious representatives. Training available to all new hires. Interviewing for immediate positions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (MOST COMPETITIVE COMMISION STRUCTURE IN THE AREA) Payroll is done weekly. It’s all commission unless you don’t make a minimum of $500 in a week. If that’s the case you’ll get $100 a day for every full day you’re here. Plans under $200 you’ll get 25% of policy premium Plans $200-$400 you’ll make 30% of policy premium Plans over $400 you’ll make 35% of policy. All add ons you’ll get 70% besides accidental death and dismemberment where you’ll receive 100% of the monthly cost. Also we bonus based on weekly performance (each tier you hit is worth $250) Tier 1 - 10 deals and 10 add ons - $250 bonus T2 - 15 deals and 15 add ons - $500 bonus T3 - 20/20 - $750 bonus T4 - 25/25 - $1000 bonus Benefits: Paid training, Weekly Pay, Lunches and Daily Spiffs!
