Job Description

You will be an essential part of maintaining and updating our real estate database as a real estate data entry operator. You will be in charge of accurately entering a range of data to make sure that our records are accurate and up-to-date. The ability to operate independently in a remote environment, a keen eye for detail, and good organizational abilities are prerequisites for this position.

Pay: $27.13 - $33.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enter and update property information, transactions, and client details into our database.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies.
• Assist in generating reports and presentations based on the collected data.
• Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data entry software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, especially in a remote team environment.
