Job Description

You will be an essential part of maintaining and updating our real estate database as a real estate data entry operator. You will be in charge of accurately entering a range of data to make sure that our records are accurate and up-to-date. The ability to operate independently in a remote environment, a keen eye for detail, and good organizational abilities are prerequisites for this position.

Pay: $28.81 - $33.97 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enter and update real estate information, transactions, and customer details into the database.
• Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work together with your teammates to reconcile any disparities in the data.
• Respect privacy and follow data security guidelines.
• Help produce presentations and reports based on the information gathered.
• Carrying out secretarial tasks include filing, keeping an eye on office supplies, scanning, and printing as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data entry software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, especially in a remote team environment.
