Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their real estate needs; then find properties that meet those needs. • Act as a negotiator between your buyer and potential seller. • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs. • Participate in open houses, networking activities and training events to enhance your sales. • Present purchase offers to sellers. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new clients. • Have a deep desire to solve problems and be successful. • Love to work in a team environment, yet can be self disciplined and self managed. • Passion to continuously improve personally and professionally. Qualifications: • Must have basic computer skills using MS Outlook, word processing, and spreadsheets. • Prospective agents must be at least a high-school graduate, preferably college degree. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and creativity. • Exceptional customer service skills is a must. • Must be self managed and self disciplined. • Iowa Real Estate license preferred, but not required for the ideal candidate. • Great at listening to clients. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
