• Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
• Ability to lift children into Santa's lap 
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Always be jolly
• Stay in character so kids still BELIEVE 
• No cell phones on Santa Experience set
• Follow dress code as set forth
• Pass drug test if required per center
