Join us!What are we looking for?The Partnerships team is a passionate, mission-driven team responsible for driving growth via an expansive and diverse portfolio of partners. These partners include healthcare industry leaders, loyalty and affiliate partners, mobile apps, as well as big brand names. We are constantly looking to find partners in new and existing verticals to drive reach and impact, de-stigmatize mental healthcare and create awareness of our accessible, affordable and high-quality online therapy platform. We are looking for a performance driven, positive, “go getter” intern to support our team in driving new user growth. Our ideal intern is data-driven, eager to learn, interested in business development, a strong communicator, a fast learner, asks thoughtful questions, and is passionate about improving people's wellbeing.What will you do?Support the team in identifying additional potential partners (websites, brands, blogs, apps) across different industries: health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and moreSupport the team in reviewing and evaluating new partnersConduct outreach and support the team on partner callsConduct competitor insights - who are other online therapy companies partnering with?Always have fun and enjoy your work! What will you NOT do?You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
