    Position Summary 

    This position offers an incredible opportunity to work with a team that is building companies across industries, including high-growth startups and large distribution businesses. The Marketing Generalist is responsible for creating, writing, and publishing presentation materials to banks, clients, and other stakeholders. The position requires someone creative who can organize financial and banking documentation into a readable format, as well as leverage design skills for a physical appeal to the end-users. This position will also work to create a more sophisticated company image through brand standardizations, social media content, and publication materials.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Create PPT marketing slide decks
    • Research websites and publications for potential article submission
    • Coordinate tasks and deliverables of key Partner relationships
    • Coordinate tradeshow and webinar content and materials
    • Manage email campaigns 
    • Maintain Website Content 
    • Coordinate with video creators to publish marketing video and image content
    • Develop marketing materials for print and electronic use
    • Write and publish Press Releases and social media content
    • Routinely post content and maintain all social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
    • Develop and manage marketing and social media calendars
    • Translate new business meetings into actionable briefs and scopes of work
    • Participate in new business meetings to uncover insights for use in proposal development
    • Develop marketing proposals for both new and existing clients

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    • 3+ years of Digital Media and Graphic Design experience, preferably in a technology industry 

    • 1+ year experience maintaining websites 

    • Excellent creative writing skills

    • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship skills

    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is preferred.

    • Proficiency with CRM systems is preferred.

    • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

    • Proficiency in creating executive PowerPoint slide decks and utilizing Excel and data visualization tools to review business metrics
