    Job Description

    We are seeking a Merchant Services Client Support Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and resolve client technical issues
    • Develop and display in depth knowledge of supported products and services
    • Pull, interpret, and synthesize information from multiple databases
    • Manage and record tasks and data using an internal ticketing system
    • Clear and effective verbal and written communication with both clients and vendors

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Facility with CRM and/or internal ticketing systems, prior experience a plus
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
    • Computer literacy a must
    • High school or equivalent preferred
