Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Summary:

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by delivering beverages and snacks to guests at a golf course or other outdoor venue. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to drive and operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive and operate the beverage cart around the golf course or outdoor venue.

Efficiently and accurately take and prepare customer orders using a cash register or mobile payment system.

Ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.

Provide exceptional customer service by making recommendations, answering questions, and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the beverage cart, including restocking products, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Accurately complete closing duties at the end of each shift, including cash handling, inventory management, and cleaning procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Valid driver's license and ability to drive a golf cart or other similar vehicle.

Physical Demands:

The Beverage Cart Attendant must be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods of time, and also lift and carry up to 50 pounds. This position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
