Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests by delivering a variety of beverages and snacks throughout the course. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve beverages and snacks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages

Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Manage cash, card, and member charge back transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively.

Assist guests with any inquiries or requests regarding menu items or services available.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.

Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid Drivers License Required

Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
